Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers purchasing online generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period generally begins from the day on which the consumer, or a third party nominated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable law.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform SCT SPORTS NUTRITION LTD through a clear statement within the applicable withdrawal period and may also use any electronic withdrawal functionality provided on our website.

Where a valid withdrawal is exercised, products should be returned without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.

The customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where the customer has been properly informed of this obligation, except where SCT SPORTS NUTRITION LTD has agreed to bear such cost or applicable law provides otherwise.

The customer is responsible for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in accordance with applicable law.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in circumstances excluded by applicable law. This may include, for example, certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been removed after delivery, and goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Any exception will only be applied where legally applicable.

Where a customer validly exercises a statutory right of withdrawal, SCT SPORTS NUTRITION LTD will issue the applicable refund in accordance with the time limits and conditions prescribed by law.

Where permitted by law, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods have been received back or the customer supplies evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed.

If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or the wrong product has been supplied, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
