Delivery Policy

For the purposes of this policy, “small items” exclude kettlebells, weight plates and dumbbells.

Orders for supplements, accessories and other qualifying small items are normally processed within 1-2 business days, subject to stock availability. Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery method and destination.

Delivery times for gym equipment and other heavy or bulky products may vary depending on stock availability, product type, delivery location and installation requirements. Where a specific delivery time has been agreed with the customer, the Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver within that timeframe.

Where free delivery and/or installation is offered, it applies under the conditions stated at the time of purchase.

If delivery requires a forklift, crane, lifting equipment, special access equipment or other specialised handling, any additional costs shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For heavy orders delivered to premises above ground-floor level, where a suitable lift/elevator is not available, any additional lifting, carrying or specialised transportation required shall be the responsibility and cost of the customer, where permitted by applicable law.

Delivery dates and times communicated to customers are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
