Terms & Conditions

All gym equipment and fitness machines include FREE standard delivery and installation, where applicable.

Free delivery and installation apply under normal and reasonably accessible delivery conditions.

Where delivery or installation requires any special equipment, machinery, forklift, crane, lifting equipment, additional personnel, special access arrangements or any other non-standard method, all associated costs shall be borne exclusively by the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for the safe delivery and installation of the equipment.

Any additional charges resulting from restricted access, stairs, special lifting requirements, site conditions or other circumstances outside our standard delivery and installation service are not included in the purchase price unless expressly agreed in writing.

For gym accessory orders with a total value of €200 or more, we provide FREE home delivery within city limits according to our scheduled weekly delivery service.

Free delivery is subject to our established delivery schedule and route availability.

If our scheduled delivery to the customer’s city has already taken place before the order is confirmed and paid, the order will be allocated to the next available weekly delivery for that city.

Requests for delivery outside the normal schedule, outside city limits or under special delivery conditions may be subject to additional charges.

As a general policy, supplements supplied by our company are expected to have approximately 10–12 months or more remaining before their stated expiry date, subject to product availability and manufacturer production dates.

If a product has a shorter remaining shelf life, we will contact the customer before dispatch and inform them accordingly.

The product will only be supplied following the customer’s approval.

By approving the product after being informed of the shorter expiry period, the customer acknowledges and accepts the disclosed expiry date.

For commercial gym machines, we provide the applicable safety documentation/certification relating to EN ISO 20957, where the specific equipment falls within the scope of that standard and such documentation is applicable.

Certification and documentation relate to the specific product/model supplied and should not be interpreted as extending to modifications, misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised alterations or use outside the manufacturer’s intended purpose.

Shipping and courier charges are calculated according to the applicable courier delivery point, destination, parcel size, weight and/or delivery method.

Once the applicable shipping charge has been calculated and the order has been confirmed, the shipping fee is not subject to change, unless the customer subsequently requests a change to the delivery destination, delivery method or other details affecting the shipment.

Any charges imposed as a result of incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer may be charged separately.

All products are dispatched only after payment has been received and confirmed, unless alternative payment terms have been expressly agreed by our company in writing.

Submission of an order alone does not constitute confirmation of dispatch.

The company reserves the right to withhold dispatch until the full amount due, including any applicable delivery, installation or additional charges, has been received and cleared.

Where payment is made by bank transfer, the order will be processed for dispatch only after the funds have been confirmed as received.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding the delivery address, contact details and any conditions that may affect delivery or installation.

The customer must inform us in advance of any restricted access, stairs, narrow entrances, upper-floor locations, loading restrictions or other circumstances requiring special handling.

Failure to disclose such information may result in additional charges and/or rescheduling of the delivery or installation.

Delivery times and schedules are provided in good faith and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, transportation disruptions, supplier delays, adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable Cyprus and European Union consumer protection legislation.

Where any provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with mandatory applicable law, the mandatory legal provision shall prevail, while the remaining Terms & Conditions shall continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with any applicable Returns, Refunds, Warranty and Privacy Policies published by our company.
