The Strength Gear Seated Calf is a pin-loaded machine for targeted, controlled calf training. Because the knees are bent in the seated position, the soleus takes on a larger share of the work, with the gastrocnemius and the other ankle plantar flexors also involved. This makes it a natural complement to standing calf raises.
A stable seated position, thigh support and a 100 kg weight stack allow progressive loading and controlled execution for demanding daily use in professional gyms.
