Strength Gear SGPS-108 Leg Press

Professional Lower-Body Strength Training Machine for Commercial Fitness Facilities

The Strength Gear SGPS-108 Leg Press is a commercial-grade lower-body strength machine designed for controlled, safe, and effective leg training in professional fitness environments.

Its robust steel construction, guided pressing path, and ergonomic layout ensure consistent performance and user safety during intensive strength training sessions.

This machine is ideal for commercial gyms, personal training studios, hotels, rehabilitation centres, and corporate fitness facilities.

Physical Analysis

The SGPS-108 Leg Press provides a stable and guided leg pressing movement, allowing users to generate high force output while maintaining correct body positioning.

Physical Benefits

• Stable lower-body support throughout the movement
• Controlled pressing path reducing unnecessary joint stress
• Safe execution under heavy loads
• Suitable for users of different strength and experience levels

The guided motion ensures confidence and safety even during high-intensity leg training.

Biomechanics Analysis

The SGPS-108 is engineered according to ISO biomechanics principles, promoting natural movement patterns and optimal joint alignment.

Biomechanical Advantages

• Proper hip–knee–ankle alignment during the press
• Even load distribution across the lower extremities
• Reduced shear forces on the knee and hip joints
• Smooth force transmission through the pulley-driven resistance system

This biomechanical design supports efficient muscle activation while minimising injury risk.

Coaching Assistance & Physical Guidance

The open and accessible design of the SGPS-108 allows for coach assistance and physical guidance, enabling trainers to:

• Correct foot placement and body alignment
• Monitor and control range of motion
• Provide hands-on guidance during execution

Ideal for:

• Personal training sessions
• Supervised strength programs
• Rehabilitation and controlled conditioning protocols
