Targeted Hamstring Isolation
The Strength Gear Prone Leg Curl is engineered to isolate the hamstrings with precision while minimising lower-back strain. A carefully designed divergent angle between the hip and chest pads promotes correct body alignment, while five adjustable start positions allow users to customise their range of motion for safe, effective training at any level.
