STRENGTH GEAR BIKE ERG

The Strength Gear Bike Erg is an air-resistance training bike for interval work, conditioning and steady endurance riding. Resistance comes from the caged fan, so the harder you pedal, the more resistance you meet, and every rider works at their own level without changing a setting.

Key Features

• Air resistance: Self-regulating and matched to your effort on every pedal stroke
• Fixed handlebars: A legs-only bike erg that keeps the work in the lower body
• Multi-position grips: Aero extensions for a low, tucked position plus an upright hold for recovery
• Performance monitor: Bar-mounted console keeps session data in view
• Adjustable saddle: Quick-release height adjustment
• Adjustable handlebar post: Set reach and riding position
• Fully caged fan: The flywheel is enclosed for safe use in a busy gym

Construction

• Frame: Heavy-duty steel, finished in black with white accents
• Stabiliser feet: Wide feet keep the bike steady during sprints
• Transport wheels: Front wheels to tilt and roll the bike into place

Suitable for gyms, CrossFit boxes, studios and home gyms.
