Soft Foam Plyometric Jump Box

The Soft Plyo Box is a high-density foam plyometric box designed for explosive lower-body and conditioning training without the risk of injury that comes with hard wooden or steel boxes. Its shock-absorbing foam core and durable, anti-slip cover make it ideal for box jumps, step-ups, depth jumps, seated jumps and plyometric circuits — perfect for CrossFit boxes, functional training areas, personal studios and home gyms.
